No he is not. He and Joanne once lived together (for about 7 years). Joanne is married to another guy and has a child. FYI Philip dated Susan also after he and Joanne split up.

They lived together for about 10 years and split in 1991.Joanne is now married with kids. The Susan thing was very short lived and ended very badly, as it was 10 years ago it is a subject best left well alone!
